Today I made Inside-out Chocolate Strawberry's.
So I thought I would share the recipe with all of you...
These are great to take on a picnic or to a cook out.
I am going to a ladies small group tonight, and was suppost to take something sweet. So I thought of these since my mind has been thinking summer.=)

Inside-out Chocolate Strawberrys:
- 24 to 36 Medium Strawberrys
- 1 Cup (6 ounces) Nestle toll house milk Choc morsels
- 2 TBS Heavy whipping cream
- 4 Ounces cream cheese (at room temerature)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Remove stems and part of inner of strawberrys to form a small bowl. Cut a sliver off bottom of each strawberry so it will stand on end. Discard slivers.
Place Morsels and cream in small microwave-safe bowl . Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir until creamy and melted. Let cool slightly.
Place cream cheese and powdered sugar in large mixing bowl. beat until creamy; then beat in Chocolate mixture.
Place chocolate mixture in large pastry bag with star tip. (I used my pampered Chef Decorating kit) pipe mixture into each strawberry cup. Filling strawberrys completely and then mounding mixture on top of each strawberry. Refrigerate at least 1 hour
