Our life the last few weeks...

Last night we were having some family time roasting marshmallows and hotdogs, just relaxing before Monday comes and we get back into life and routine. Nothing better then sitting around the fire with the ones you love and cherrish.---------------------------------------------------------------------

On Saturday we went to Ft. Wayne with some good friends of ours to see the movie "FIREPROOF". It was amazing, and like another blogger friend said, if your marriage is at an 8, you will leave the movie at a 10. That my friend, is the truth. It has drama, romance and some action. It has lots of laugh out loud moments. The movie makes you really stop and think. It makes you want to work at your marriage even harder.

Then we went to Cork & Cleavers for an awesome dinner, some good conversation and lots of laughs. We always have a great time catching up on each others lives.

Just had to post this picture. This is one of Aiden's new tricks... luckily the camera was handy. He makes every day an adventure.

Just wanted to introduce to you the newest addition to my little daycare. She is a sweetie and I am having so much fun with her.

She is a very good baby.. always smiling.

Where has the last couple of weeks gone!? Can't believe we are at the end of September already. I know fall has hit us when we don't see Jeremy a whole lot. This time of year is his busy season at work, so we spend a lot of evenings just me and the kids. I am not complaining, just so thankful he has a stable job that keeps going. By the time service season is over, I am so ready to have a normal life again, and the kids are ready to have Daddy back during the week. Mommy just can't pitch the ball like daddy.=)

Chloe is in full swing at school and trying to adjust to going to bed early and getting up early. She said the other morning.." Why do I have to go to School? I already know everything, I went to preschool". I just smiled and said "Oh Chloe", I am praying for Patience and Wisdom. I was hoping she would enjoy it as much as she did preschool, but I think it will just take some time.

One thing that brings a big smile to her face is when I am waiting at the end of the lane for her as she gets off the bus. Here are a few pictures of us waiting for her. My other kids enjoy seeing the big bus drive up and watch for Chloe to get off.

so happy to see Chloe..

Thanks for taking time to peek into our lives.

So glad you posted about your trip to Fort Wayne! I was thinking about you that evening. What a fun double-date you had! Movie, dinner out and shopping...couldn't get any better than that!

Sounds like you enjoyed the movie as much as we did. I want to see it again! Cork & Cleaver is my favorite restaurant. The setting is very quiet and romantic...did you get the salad bar? It's the best one in town.

It would be fun to meet up with you the next time you're in town!
