On Friday I headed to school with Seth to go with him on his field trip
Riding the bus is always a treat!;)
Our first stop was at the Mercantile in Shipshewana.
we watched a puppet show....
Seth and two of his buddies....
Our next stop was my favorite;)
Then we all made our own.
We made a quick stop at simple sounds to learn about the many different kinds of instruments.
We can't go to the Mercantile without a carousel ride.
a walk to the park for lunch...
it was a beautiful day!!
Then we stopped to see how they make Kettle Corn.....
Our last stop was to see some baby chicks......

It was a fun day with my soon to be 1st grader. Wow, can't believe his first year of school is almost over.
